Wir haben das Hotel aufgrund der vielen positiven Bewertungen gebucht und müssen sagen, dass wir diese leider nicht nachvollziehen können. Das Hotel ist deutlich kleiner, als es auf den Bildern den Anschein hat, die Zimmer sind stark veraltet (Möbel und Bad geschätzt aus den 70er Jahren) und das Essen ist eine Katastrophe.

Sehr abgelegen - nur der Mitsis Komplex aus 4 Hotels bestehend in der nahen Umgebung.

Needless to say, that we are disheartened to learn that your expectations weren't fulfilled and your experience with us did not echo the perfection we desire for all our guests. Your feedback will certainly serve as an opportunity for improvement and we would like to thank you for devoting some of your precious time to share it with us! Let us though disagree with some points raised. As far as the hotel’s location is concerned, we would like to mention that the hotel is located in a beautiful bay surrounded by gorgeous mountains from one side and immense sea from the other but at the same time it's easy accessible, in only 15 min drive from the airport and only 4 km east from the Kardamena village, which is an ideal starting point for excursions to all directions of this beautiful island, not to mention as well that the location of the resort is also reflected on our official website. Let us also mention that Norida Beach has 455 rooms and is located on the territory over 65 000 m2. Concerning the rooms, the last renovation took place in 2012 however all the facilities and amenities are fully functional and corresponding to the description. Let us also inform you that all our matrasses are sanitized and replaced regularly in order to ensure comfortable rest for our estimated guests and it makes as sad that you didn't report any inconvenience during your stay so we could improve your experience while still in the hotel. However, we were most disappointed to learn that you were not satisfied with the service provided by our team and the dining options which was much to our surprise as those are one of the points we are really praised for in numerous reviews of our guests. Nevertheless, we would like to thank you for your feedback as here at Norida we consider our guests constructive comments of utmost importance in order to evaluate the level of our services and facilities and we do hope to have another chance to welcome you to our premises in the future!
