Dear Guest, Thank you very much for choosing our hotel for your holidays this year and i am very sorry to see that you did not enjoy it. It is a surprise to us to see 2 bad reviews about us and our services while the majority of our guests are enjoying their holidays with us posting very positive reviews on here. As mentioned in my reply to the previous negative review we are surprised to hear about the Russian oriented hotel as there are hardly any Russian guests in our hotel at the moment so there must be something that you did not understand well. I personally apologise for everything that was not up to your expected standards and i wish me and my team were given the chance to correct it and make your holidays once to remember.....i am sure we would be able to do it as we do with the great majority of our guests. Thank you very much once again and if by any chance you are still in the hotel please come and see me as i am sure we will be able assist in anything you need...if only we know.
