Sehr Russen geprägtes Ambiente, mit zu wenig Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten. Als Familien-Hotel eher nicht zu empfehlen. Gastronomie oft überfordert und unaufmerksam. Dennoch sehr freundlich.

Essen eher „abenteuerlich“ in der Zusammenstellung, wenige Highlights, geschweige denn „kindgerecht“….
Freundlich, zum Zeil aber unaufmerksam und etwas überfordert.
Hoch und etwas abseits auf Berg gelegen, Aufstiege anstrengend. - Strand und Strandbars enttäuschend, wenig im Angebot. Strand mehr steinig als sandig.

I am very sorry to see that you were not happy and our efforts did not meet your expectations. I wish you had talked to us and you had given us the chance to correct what was not according to your wish as i am sure we would be able to do so. Just for your information though there are hardly any russian guests in our hotel at the moment ( There are actualy 12 people) and i am surprised to read that you found us more Russian than German friendly. It is nice to know that you still found our rooms in good condition and clean and our staff very friendly. I hope we will have the honour of welcoming you back sometime in the future and we will make sure you enjoy your stay with us by tayloring our service and facilities according to your wish.
