Dear Guest, Thank you very much for being our guest and for spending time to share your experience with the world. I am very sorry to hear that your holiday was not as you expected it to be and please accept my apologies for the inconvenience. It is surprising to see that allthough the majority of our guests are happy with our hotel and our services it all went wrong in your case. I wonder how it happened and you had all those findings in your room as especialy on arrival all rooms are thoroughly checked and aproved by our Head housekeeper and some things such as leaking soft drinks in the fridge, garbage from previous guests etc. can never get away. Also towels are changed daily by our cleaners and yours should also get changed if you followed our wash on demand policy which says that towels should be placed in the bath or on the floor of the bathroom in order to be changed. Finally i am surprised to hear that the whole thing was confusing as we do not hear this often. Every hotel in the complex has a different architechture and it has been painted in different colours so it is obvious that departments and especialy swimming pools that are located in an enviroment that is built and painted more or less like the area your room was, could also be used by you. Apart from that there is a folder in all our rooms with information about all the departments and facilties we offer and in case you were still confused after all this our nice as you describe it staff would be there to explain anything needed explaining and would take care of any issues you had as long as you mentioned them to us. I wish you had contacted us while you were still here as i am sure you would have an absolutely different holiday than the one you describe in your review. I wish you and your family all the best and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back in Mitsis for another Holiday in the future which i am sure will be the best holiday you have ever had.
