Dear Guest, Thank you very much for spending time to share your experience with the world and i am very sorry to see that you did not enjoy is as much as expected. I must admit that i cannot understand what you mean by saying that the buses to the town are not possible before leaving the hotel and that the hotel is not decribed correctly on the catalog. There has been no other complaint about such issues on here before and i wish i could understand what you mean. Yes there is not ATM on site and as described on the catalog this is located in the nearest town Kardamena around 5 kilometers away. I am sorry to hear that yopu also did not find the food great as this is a matter of taste and you could have asked us to be cooking especialy for you only the dishes you would wish to have. I am glad to hear that at least you enjoyed the island with the many nice things to see, the nice and clean rooms and the so much mentioned friendly staff that looks after everyone in the best possible way.
