Grundsolides Hotel.

Dear Sarah, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding your recent stay with us. We’re glad to hear that you found the food delicious and the beds very comfortable, and we’re also pleased that you enjoyed the experience at our sister hotel within the Mitsis Group. However, we regret to read that certain aspects of your stay did not fully meet your expectations. We sincerely apologize if our team did not appear as cheerful as usual — our staff are typically known for their warmth and friendliness, and we’ll make sure to reinforce our commitment to creating a welcoming and uplifting atmosphere for all guests. We also appreciate your comments about the room condition and comfort. While some areas of the hotel retain a more traditional Mediterranean style, we are gradually updating our facilities to enhance the overall guest experience. Thank you once again for your balanced feedback — it helps us improve. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back in the future and provide you with a more satisfying stay. Warm regards, Miltos Divanis General Manager Mitsis Family Village
