We are sad to receive such a low rating and to realize that we were not able to reach your expectations and we apologize for any potential inconvenience caused. Regarding our dining options, we are passionate about offering you rich culinary experiences in the all-inclusive and à la carte restaurants of our hotels & resorts, inspired by the Greek and international cuisine, always accompanied with the most exquisite drinks and cocktails to please the most demanding palates. We strive to provide a large variety of dishes, which is why we implemented different buffet theme nights following a 14-days-schedule in order to avoid any repetition. Furthermore, we regret that you did not mention your concerns to our Front Office Team during your stay, so we could have taken measures to improve your dining experience! Our chef is always available and would have been more than happy to prepare tailor-made dishes for you or we could have arranged table reservations in our a la carte restaurants for you! Once again, we would like to thank you for sharing your concerns with us. We want to continue being pioneers at Greek hospitality and your feedback is very helpful for us.
