Das Hotel ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung, konnte aber leider nicht unsere persönlichen Anforderungen in Gänze erfüllen. Der erste Eindruck ist definitv sehr gut, wenn man in der großen und schönen Lobby ankommt. Man kann dort schöne Tage verbringen, nur haben wir uns was anderes Vorgestellt.
Das Zimmer war großzügig, sauber und bot die nötige Ausstattung.
Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und auch geschmacklich sehr gut. Leider fühlte man sich in der großen "Frühstückshalle" wie in einer Bahnhofshalle.
Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Angrenzend an die Strandpromenade von Kuta und Legian, muss man nur über die Straße und ist direkt am Strand. In der Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Restaurants und Bars, die fußläufig schnell erreichbar sind und eine breite Bandbreite an Angebote bieten. Das angrenzende Kuta ist Ziel für viele Menschen, besonders jüngeren Alters, die dort Partyurlaub machen.

Es gibt zwei unterschiedliche Poolanlagen. Einer der Anlagen ist für Gäste ab 18 Jahren. Hier gibt es auch eine Poolbar. Der Pool ist stark frequentiert und man muss zum richitgen Zeitpunkt kommen, um eine frei Liege zu bekommen.
