Tolle Lage Wie im Paradies Allerdings waren wir das letzte Mal im Februar 23 auf der Insel. Da gab es ein rotes Bändchen. Jetzt ein gelbes, also schlechtere Leistung. Downgrade ist eigentlich nicht erstrebenswert, man sollte sich ja eigentlich verbessern, zumal es jetzt an Weihnachten erheblich teuerer war. Keine Erlaubnis mehr im Sangu Pool zu baden, das ist echt albern.... Und fast gar keine Touristen mehr aus Deutschland, alles Engländer und Russen. Irrsinnige All inclusive Regelung. Man zahlt wirklich viel Geld, und ein Aperol Spritz ist aufpreispflichtig.

According to our records, you were entitled to the Yellow band, which was communicated to you during the arrival briefing and on all our platforms. At our resort, we always prioritize our guests' satisfaction and respect their choices. We are proud to offer a range of facilities and packages that cater to the needs and preferences of our guests. Regarding the Sangu pool, we would like to clarify that guests entitled to use the Red band have access during their full stay, as we have clearly mentioned on our website. Regarding your comment on the nationalities of our guests, we would like to clarify that during December 2023, our highest number of guests were from Germany, UK, Sweden, Switzerland, Austria, and Russia. We would also like to clarify that our all-inclusive package is extensive and available for consultation on our website and shared with guests during the reservation process. However, not all drinks are included, and this information is clearly communicated to guests upon arrival and can also be found on our mobile app. We hope that these clarifications provide you with a better understanding of our resort and our policies.
