Dear Shamway, KALISPERA from "Your Kresten Royal Euphoria Team"! It is great to witness that, you had a great time while staying with us, with a 5.0/6 review. As a Team, we strive for top end services daily. Your comments for loud and drunk guests, are a bit strange, because as you may read from all the other reviews, our hotel is recommended for very peaceful and relaxing holidays. May be it was a very rare case, which can happen in hotels. Apologies for that. However, we do feel that the "non recommended" sign it is not something that we fully deserve though.
