Wir hatten einen schönen erholsamen Urlaub im Kassandra Palace. Delfina & Amelia sind richtige Schätze dort und haben uns mit all unseren Anliegen super freundlich und kompetent geholfen. Die anderen Damen an der Rezeption und im Restaurant sind eher weniger authentisch und setzen oft ein falsches Lächeln auf. Die Preise sind eher hoch angesetzt, was den Minimarkt, den Spabereich und die Getränke/Essen im Restaurant angeht.
Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig und schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das hat uns aber nicht sonderlich gestört, wir würden aber Orophax empfehlen, dafür waren die Betten die bequemsten, in denen ich im Ausland je geschlafen habe und ich fliege schon des Öfteren in den Süden.
Es gibt noch 2 andere Restaurants, in denen man auch essen kann, allerdings muss man dort das Essen und die Getränke extra bezahlen, erhält aber einen Rabatt von 30% auf das Essen. In vielen anderen Hotels haben andere Restaurants in der Hotelanlage nichts extra gekostet, was wir sehr schade fanden, genauso gab es in der Woche nur einmal Croissants zum Frühstück, hier wäre mehr Abwechslung schön gewesen, auch gibt es kein Eis zum Nachtisch, sondern nur diverse unterschiedliche Süßspeisen, aber das ist schon „meckern“ auf hohem Niveau, es gibt schon einiges an Auswahl und es schmeckt gut.
Die Raumkosmetikerinnen sind nicht sehr ordentlich, dafür aber sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und schnell ;) Insgesamt war das Personal im Hotel, bis auf wenige Ausnahmen, sehr freundlich und immer hilfsbereit zu uns.
Es liegt schon ein Stück entfernt vom Flughafen Thessaloniki, der Transfer dauert ca 2 Stunden. Ansonsten muss man einen Berg hoch laufen (ca 2KM) um zu einigen Restaurants und Supermärkten zu gelangen. Einige nutzen dafür Taxis. Insgesamt ist es allerdings etwas verwaist, da viele sich durch COVID nicht halten konnten. Der Strand ist ein Kies-/Sandstrand und beim Reingehen gibt es einige Steine (teilweise scharf) weiter raus ist es dann sandig, wir empfehlen auf jeden Fall Aqua-Schuhe zu tragen! Das Wasser ist super klar und es gibt einige Fische zu sehen.

Our entire team was thrilled to read that you are satisfied with our facilities and our food. Furthermore, I would like to inform you that our hotel is under regular improvement and we are trying to achieve the best result step by step. We assure you that we will take your remarks under serious consideration. Regarding the prices, I can assure you that our prices are below average compared to the ones of other similar establishments of Halkidiki. Taking into consideration: - the location of the hotel (I am referring to the environment a guest is a part of and not to the fact that is at 2km from the nearest village) -the star rating of our establishment - the quality service that is provided from our well-trained staff - the quality and the brands of the drinks we provide I am convinced that our drink prices are more than fair. It is not my opinion but the food and beverage price-quality ratio ratings that we receive from our guests. For the record, the cost of an espresso in all our bars is 4,00EUR and not 5,00 as at most places in Greece. Moreover, regarding our guest rooms’ isolation, I would like to point out that all of our guestrooms are fully isolated and if there was a problem with the neighbor rooms we would have been more than happy to solve it while you were in house. Our hotel’s location is one of our strongest points according to the majority of our guests. It is at the same time isolated providing a unique privacy for relaxation but in 2 km you can also visit the village of Kryopigi or the village of Polichrono in order to find yourself among locals.
