Dear Mrs Christine, First , thank you for your note. To begin we are terribly sorry that the works continued till this time, but we were obliged since we started and must finish the painting. Concerning the lack of glasses we inform you that we used the plastic & carton since we remarqued that this is more hygienic and safer. It is true that the hotel is full of people since it is summer time, and since people get used to our property.
