Dear Mr. Mohamed, Thank you for your note! We are sorry that some circonstances were bad for you! Our staff is doing their best to satisfy your needs,they clean rooms each day and change the bath towels and the bed sheet. The restaurant is always full of people , the reason why it seems dirty,but it is not . Trust Mr. Mohamed, that each person who works in the hotel does his best and tries to satisfy you to make your holiddays confortable!
