At the same time, we’re sorry that the restaurant felt crowded and noisy during your visit and that the classic buffet, while varied, didn’t feel special to you. We’ve shared this feedback with our culinary and service teams as we work on peak-time seating flow, additional live/rotating stations, and quieter dining zones to improve the experience especially on busy nights. We also note your comment about areas showing their age; ongoing refresh plans are in progress to enhance comfort while preserving the lodge’s character.
