Dear Katinka, thank you for taking time and writing a note. We are sorry for your bad experience. The Hotel is just as described, so we do not understand what was the problem during your stay. Our kind staff is at your disposal 24/7 and in case of any problem, they are very helpful. The food is served as buffet style and contain a rich diversity, for everyone. All inclusive mean buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner with included drinks, unlimited drinks at the pool bar from 10h-23h (wine,draft beer, local alcohol,etc) and snack with coffee. A snack is not a meal, just something between with a drink. Since you didn't reported on spot, it was impossible to act to satisfy you. Maybe next time! Greetings, Sales department
