Das Hotel selbst ist sauber und ordentlich, aber check in erst 15 Uhr ist sehr schlecht für einen städtetrip. Überbrücken am Pool geht nicht, da überfüllt
Gebucht waren 3 ÜN mit Frühstück, bekommen haben wir nur 2 Frühstück- Heide genau gleich, keine Abwechslung
Angeboten wurde ein privat Shuttle zum Flughafen, der angeblich günstiger ist (45 Euro)- genommenen hat der Fahrer 50 und letztlich war das Taxi mit 30 doch billiger, wo uns erzählt wurde- die sagen nur 30, nehmen mehr.
Umgebung ist schrecklich- Müll und Obdachlose

Anyway it is a shame that you did not enjoy our quiet and relaxing location: the hotel is located in the Viale Marconi district, which is a well known residential and shopping area. Furthermore getting to the very centre of Rome is quite easy: you can either take the public transportation means (bus, train and tram) or take advantage of the special rate taxi service (we do have an agreement for a fixed rate with the most important taxi company of Rome).
