ist echt keine 4.Sterne Wert, in der Lobby waren sehr schmutzige sitz Gelegenheiten ,was am Tag der Abreise ausgetauscht wurde.an der Rezeption gab es so viele Probleme das wir 4Std.später ins Zimmer konnten, dazu kommt das eine meiner Kolleginnen die 1.Nacht nicht in ihrem Zimmer verbringen konnte, da Sie mehrere Bettwansen festgestellt wurden, man wollte ihr kein neues Zimmer geben also hat sie die Nacht an der Lobby verbracht
viele kleine unsaubere Dinge ,Dusche Fliesen defekt ,es gibt eine große Baustelle was leider nicht mitgeteilt wurde,die Nacht war kurz nach 6Uhr zu ende,das für diesen Preis und Sparbereich konnte nicht genutzt werden wird auch umgebaut. Für uns keine weiter Empfehlung
gut eins noch,die Terrasse durften wir nur bis nutzen

We take reports of pests extremely seriously, and our housekeeping and technical teams were immediately notified to investigate and resolve the issue thoroughly. We also apologize for the early morning construction noise and the temporary closure of the swimming pool, which is currently undergoing full renovation to enhance guest experience. It is scheduled to reopen in September 2025. Please know that your feedback has been shared with the relevant departments, and we are taking corrective actions to prevent such issues in the future.
