Unsauber, unfreundliches Personal, Getränke in Plastikbechern, genervt wenn man Fragen hat, Essen Katastrophe, ständig fehlte irgendwas im Speisesaal. Ich könnte noch mehr aufzählen. Gastfreundschaft ist hier gleich null.
Für die Kinder gab es ausgezogene Sessel zum schlafen die Steinhart waren und man das Eisen im Rücken hatte. Unmöglich.
Atmosphäre schrecklich. Keine einfedeckten Tische, kein Service. Man musste sich alles selber holen und oft auch noch darum bitten, dass der Tisch erst mal sauber gemacht wird.
Kein Wort redet das Personal. Knallen einem die Getränke auf den Tresen und würdigen einen keinen Blickes. Kein Lächeln, kein Hallo, geschweige denn bitte oder Danke.
Lage ist das einzig positive. Direkt am Strand. Ca. eine Stunde Fahrt vom Flughafen.

Dear Janine, To begin with, thank you for choosing Hotel Royal Park for your vacation. Thank you for you taking your time and writing a commentary about Elenite complex. We appreciate every point of view and respect each of our visitors. We are pleasured to hear that you found our location and view quite alright - we are lucky to be located in such a beautiful place and have such amazing workers taking care of the territory. Although it is a pity you didn't like the service at the restaurants. We create our menus for thousands of people from different cultures and with various food preferences, therefore our cooks try to aim at creating a basic menu for tourists from different backgrounds to enjoy. We have a lot of tourists but we try our best to provide the best service possible for the comfort of each one. It breaks our hearts to know that you didn't like the atmosphere in our restaurant. We are also sorry that you found our room service not satisfactory enough. The managers of our cleaning department visit each room once in two days. They do basic cleaning, such as mopping the floor, changing towels, bringing toilet paper and emptying the rubbish bin. Any inconvenience beside the basic should be registered at the reception. Please notice that used towels should be left in the bathroom for the cleaning ladies to come and notice them as quick as possible. Towels that are dirty from having been used on the beach are not taken to be cleaned as you can't use our towels on the beach.
