Allgemien wäre das Hotel ok, aber siehe Service und Zimmer. Gleich in der Nähe die Trattoria "Il Portale" (erkennbar am grünen Leuchtschild "Trattoria"). Sehr gute und preiswerte toskanische Küche. Unbedingt die Ribollita probieren.
Im Zimmer 103 war die Heizung voll aufgedreht und ließ sich aufgrund defektem Griff nicht regulieren. In der Dusche ging der Lüfter nicht und zuguterletzt: In der Duschkabine regierte der Schwarzschimmel!
Samstags war das Frühstücksbuffet um 9:00h bis auf Streichkäse leer. Den bestellten Kaffee haben wir an dem Tag ebenfalls nicht erhalten.
Das Personal ist desinteressiert bis unhöflich. Man erhält auf ein "Buongiorno" am Morgen nicht einmal eine Antwort.
Liegt sehr zentral zu Altstadt und Bahnhof. Alles bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Dear Guest, first of all thank you to be our Guest and thank you for your comment, which give me the opportunity to clarify some of your negative impressions had during your stay in our hotel. It is very unusual that our staff doesn't even reply to a simple buongiorno or buonasera, which is the beginning of every approach we have with all our Guests, in any event I took the occasion to improve the attitude of our staff in order not to missing such very important welcoming word at any time during the day and night while Guests are coming in or going out from our Property, if it happened I can assured was not made intentionally and for this reason I would say sorry for them. The comment relating your complaint about the morning coffee, I have investigate and the result was that that morning we had some seriously problems with the coffee machine and the back office of the kitchen, we know that Guests became before all, therefore at that time was something that we couldn’t wait to repair in order to make it worst, however you have been waiting for your coffee 10 minutes, I mean is not the end of the world, the staff inform you about the disadvantage we had in the kitchen but you just don’t want to listening any excuses so you went immediately upset, you have the right to complaint as well we have to act as fast as possible to resolve problems when happened, so I feel very sorry either for you and for my colleague which had to compensate your complain in the same time to resolve the kitchen’s problems which was floating all water outside from the sink. In regards of the dirty shower box in room 103, I took the occasion to make myself a complaint to the housekeeper and resolved to fired off the chambermaid who was in charge of your room sector, as I do not allowed failed on cleanness, duet of this action all bathrooms have been checked by myself and assured that everything is in order as should be for cleanness in every corner of the bathrooms, your comment was very helpful for me to complaint to the chambermaid and have the right to fired.
