Das Hotel ansich ist nicht soo schlecht, aber auch nicht so, dass wir nochmal hin fliegen würden! Die Hygiene in den Zimmern lässt zu Wünschen übrig! Es wurde nicht einmal gewischt in der der ganzen Woche! Das Personal im Restaurant ist total unfreundlich und das Essen ist leider nicht wirklich toll-oft dasselbe!! Positiv: Die Poolanlage ist klasse und auch das Freizeitangebot im Hotel ist gut (Minigolf, Tennis, Tischtennis, Volleyball, Billard usw.) Auch einige Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe und Heraklion ist auch schnell zu erreichen! Der Strand am Hotel ist etwas klein, aber ca. 300-400m weiter ist ein toller, großer Sandstrand! 2 Liegen und 1 Sonnenschirm pro Tag nur 6€.

Dear Mrs. Nina, Thank you for adding your review about our hotel. It would have been nice if you would have asked to speak to the manager while you were at the hotel to report your complains and discuss with us. Of course the food in the restaurant sometimes it is receptive for example french fries and spaghetti, is always in the menu because children mostly prefer it, however daily there are so many other choices, so i find hard to believe that one could have complains as far as the food. Of course it would be interesting while also helpful if you would have described what you missed from the menu.
