Dear Mr. Jurgen, Thank you for sharing your experience about your stay at the Hotel Chiusarelli. We're happy that you found the reception staff very friendly and that you appreciated the good breakfast. We always strive to provide friendly and informative service to our guests. As for the mess in the hotel's internal garage, which in any case did not affect your stay in any way, this was due to the fact that many rooms have recently been renovated, and the things that were part of those rooms before being taken away they had been stored in the garage (and which is now perfectly tidy).
