Hotel Albergo Chiusarelli

Dear Mr. Johannes, We thank you for the review on your stay at the Hotel Chiusarelli, even if it is not entirely positive. We are pleased that you appreciated the hotel's excellent location, from which you can reach all the main tourist attractions in just a few minutes. Regarding the lack of an elevator, well advertised on all booking websites, this is due to the fact that being the hotel from 1870, it is classified, and due to the many architectural constraints no authorization can be given for the installation of an elevator, but it is always our pleasure to help our guests with their luggage. As far as parking is concerned, on all booking websites the advertised parking lot is that of the stadium, right in front of us, just a 3-minute walking distance from the hotel, for a fee during the day and free at night, while at a distance between 5 and 10 minutes on foot there are many free parking spaces, which we always recommend upon the arrival of our guests, marking them on the map, and consequently there are no problems regarding parking.
