Dear Anne, Thank you for sharing your feedback regarding your stay at Helea Lifestyle Beach Resort. We would like to respectfully clarify a few points regarding your comments. Firstly, we cannot agree with your statement that the food was cold. At our resort, food is continuously prepared, refreshed, and kept warm on heated counters to ensure proper serving temperature. While it is possible that food may cool if taken to a table while guests continue to select additional dishes or desserts over an extended period, this does not reflect the quality and temperature of the food as it is served. The vast majority of our guests consistently enjoy their meals at the appropriate temperature. Secondly, regarding entertainment, we provide daily activities and live shows at our Stage Bar for all guests. It is therefore not accurate to say that there was no entertainment during your stay. Finally, concerning bar service, we have four different bars open in the evenings, ensuring drinks are readily available to our guests. We are unsure where a 30-minute wait for drinks could have occurred, as this is not in line with the experience of the vast majority of our visitors.
