Das Essen im Hauptrestaurant war sehr ansprechend und appetitlich. Der Service war ebenso freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Geschirr sowie Besteck war ab und an nicht gut gereinigt. Auswahl des Essens war vielfältig. Zu den Themenrestaurants: das Essen war sehr appetitlich angerichtet. Die Auswahl war auch ausreichend. Im allgemein zu empfehlen. Das Personal war sehr aufmerksam, bis auf eine Dame am Empfang (namens Zoe), sie war leider etwas unfreundlich.

Beim Check-In hat alles reibungslos funktioniert, dennoch wurden wir wenig vom Hotel informiert wo welche Restaurants/ Aktivitäten etc. sind. Bei Problemen oder Fragen wurden von der Rezeption schnell gelöst.

Das Hotel ist von Flughafen circa 20 Minuten entfernt. Rhodos Stadt war innerhalb von 15 Minuten zu erreichen.

Strand

Der große Pool war zu klein für die vielen Hotelgäste. Außerdem gab es nicht genügend Platz für jeden Hotelgast am Strand/ Pool. Die Handtücher vom Strand waren oftmals noch dreckig. Von Entertainment haben wir nicht viel mitbekommen. Fitness sowie Wellness wurde von uns nicht genutzt.
