Dear Silvano, We are extremely surprised by your review, as it is not reflective of the experience we provide to the vast majority of our guests. During your stay, our team made several attempts to contact you to address any concerns, yet we never received a response. It is therefore difficult to understand how you could rate every aspect of our hotel with a “1.” This is not only misleading but does not accurately reflect the quality and service we consistently provide. Our hotel takes great pride in offering clean and comfortable rooms, attentive service, excellent dining options, and family-friendly facilities. If there had been specific issues, our team is always ready and willing to assist immediately as we tried to do during your stay. Leaving such extreme ratings without giving us the opportunity to address your concerns is unfair to our staff and misleading to future guests.
