Hotel liegt außerhalb auf einer Anhöhe. Hotel hat einen kleinen Pool - nicht wie im Hauptfoto dargestellt. Hotelanlage hat viele Treppen, Speiseraum hat Kantinenflair.Verpflegung weitgehend die ganze Woche das gleiche. Im Hotel wird kein Wort deutsch gesprochen. Wer der englischen Sprache nicht mächtig ist - ist aufgeschmissen. Anmeldung an der Rezeption nur mit Handy möglich. Wir haben schon oft auf Kos Urlaub gemacht. Alle Hotels wo wir waren, sind super gewesen. Dieses Hotel war unsere schlechteste Auswahl, wir kommen nicht wieder.
Spültisch Wasser läuft nicht ab. Tuschtür unten Scharnier aus den Angeln. Tür Dusche u. Toilette schließen somit nicht. Kaum deutsche Fernsehprogramme, nur RTL, RTL+ und Vox. Zimmer allerdings sehr sauber.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die angebotenen Speisen lassen zu wünschen übrig, die ganze Woche durchgehend das gleiche. Hier besteht Nachholbedarf für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Getränke halt wie All-in, einfach billig.
Rezeption Taxi bestellt, nach 1 Stunde Wartezeit vor dem Eingang nachgefragt wo das Taxi bleibt. Antwort: Taxi kommt nicht. Taxi erneut über Rezeption bestellt - nach weiteren 20 Min. Wartezeit kommt ein Taxi. An der Rezeption wollte ich 20 € wechseln um Kleingeld für den Stadtbus zu haben. Die Rezeption wechselt kein Geld war die Antwort - sehr Urlauberfreundlich.

Our main target is to reach maximum guest satisfaction. As for your complaints. First of all, about the room, you could have always informed our front desk. They are always willing to help! Moreover, our reception always changes money. Take into account that maybe it was a busy day and they didn't have enough coins. Also, they are responsible to call a taxi for you. However, if the taxi is delayed or canceled it is not their fault. This is why they called a taxi again. Our beloved resort is 8 minutes driving from the city of Kos and 10 minutes walking to the nearest beach, mini market or cafe/bar. We would like to highlight for our future coming Guests to inform hotel employees in case of any questions in order to have availability to improve service while you are in Resort.
