Das Ressort braucht im Badbereich eine Substantstelle Verbesserung ,es ist kaum begehbar,das Wasser läuft schlecht,der Abfluss geht ab und zu,die Fenster und Türen sind wenn es kalt ist undicht.Das Ambiente wirkt antiquiert wenig funktional.Eine funktioneller Mischung wäre angebracht.

Dear Niebuhr First of all, I would like to tell you that it was a great pleasure to welcome you at our resort and to share your holidays with you. Thanks for your advices regarding our bathrooms and would like to confirm you that we're soon under a batroom's upgarde programm that for sure will cover all the points that you mention in your comments. However, the general ambiance provided is done like it is to provide you a typical local oriental atmosphere in order to give you a new kind of holidays feeling.
