Die Erwartung aus der Beschreibung und den Fotos wurden durch die zugewiesenen Wohnungen bei weitem nicht erfüllt. Das war sehr schade/ ärgerlich für uns, da wir uns bei zahlreichen Reisen immer über die hohe Qualität der Anlagen freuen konnten. Dies war/ ist zugleich das Hauptargument, der Hapimag- Idee weiter treu zu bleiben. Mit so einer Anlage bestehen aber erhebliche Zweifel.

Thank you for taking the time to review our resort. I am very sorry you found the Hapimag standards to be lacking at our resort. Hapimag Bowness is also a timeshare resort which has been here for over 30 years. Hapimag only own 9 actual apartments and the rest belong to the timeshare, but occasionally Hapimag have access to some of the timeshare apartments and depending on when you are booked on the resort you may be allocated one of those and as Hapimag do not physically own them the internal fixtures and fittings are not all like the Hapimag apartments. The photos on the website are examples of the apartments and unfortunately we cannot fit pictures of every apartment on it. The staff did manage to move you the next day into a Hapimag owned unit for the rest of your stay, so I hope that was better for you?
