Gepflegte, saubere Anlage. Tolles, hochwertiges und abwechslungsreiches Essen. Durch die Themenrestaurants wird es nie langweilig. Zimmer waren ok, etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Jetzt kommt der Teil, der leider unseren Urlaub zu keiner erholsamen Zeit gemacht hat. Strand=absolute Katastrophe. Viele Algen, wir konnten in 16 Tagen nicht einmal baden und das war hier keine Ausnahmezeit, sondern Standard. Die Algen stinken bestialisch, damit war liegen am Strand äußerst unangenehm und Essen im Freien unmöglich. Viel Personal versuchte die Algen zu entfernen. Oftmals waren auch Bagger im Einsatz, alles ohne Erfolg. Am Pool gibt es täglich Spiele und viele betrinken sich. Es ist wie am Ballermann. Das kann ja alles mal ein paar Tage lustig sein, aber dauerhaft dreht man durch. Ruhe und Erholung? Absolut Fehl am Platz!

Moreover we're always looking for ways to improve and make adjustments along the way, as you mentioned we clean the beach everyday but the amount of seaweed depends on several factors, not all the year is the same, we are sorry that during your visit wasn't the best time.Many guests enjoy the activities around the pool and we have as well another pool without games for guests who prefer something more quiet.
