Das Personal ist überwiegend sehr freundlich.Leiser gab es nur einen Rezeptionisten der deutsch sprach. Die Anlage ist groß, gepflegt in allen Bereichen und man fühlt sich trotz der Größe gut. Die vielen Möglichkeiten zu chillen sind gut, wobei wieder das übliche Problem auftritt, dass Liegen, vor allem die sehr bequemen, reserviert werden und stundenlang nicht genutzt werden. Das Essen ist zwar vielfältig in der Auswahl, aber es gab jeden Abend die mehr oder weniger gleichen Komponenten. Es fehlten die Kennzeichnung an den veganen Gerichten oder z.B. ob Haselnuss enthalten ist. Für Allergiker jedweder Allergie schwierig. Sehr freundlich war es, das wir am Tag der Abreise noch das Bar-Restaurant nutzen durften, ohne Bezahlung. Auch wurde uns eine Duschzeit zur Verfügung gestellt. Viele Flüchtlinge im Service, die noch angelernt werden müssen. Es geht noch sehr schleppend.
