das Essen war ok, vor allem toller Nachtisch. .
Personal war sehr freundlich. Der Generalmgr. leider arrogant und vor allem unfähig ein solches Haus ordentlich zu führen.

Dear Mr. Müller, Thank you for your feedback on your recent stay at our hotel and for bringing to our attention certain issues that have shaded your experience. Firstly on behalf of my team, I would like to begin by apologizing for any inconvenience we have caused during your time with us. Our goal as a team is always to ensure all guest have an amazing experience. I am glad to read that you have enjoyed the gastronomy in our hotel and thank you for praising the efforts of our staff, our greatest asset! Your comment with regards our beach really surprised us as it is an area for which we received dozens of positive feedback for its cleanliness, calming surroundings and guests’ facilitations such as the beach bar, daily lifeguard on duty, toilets and Nicos! Our beach boy who is always there to make sure that our valuable guests are having a great time! Please note that our beach is awarded with a Blue Flag, an International Body certifying that beaches all around the world have clean bathing waters and all above services/facilities. With regards the category of your room, that was a Panoramic Sea View room (#224) the category room you have booked which has multiple views as from your balcony you can enjoy a 180 turn. The parking space is part of the premises of the adjacent hotel on the ground floor without that interfering the actual view from your room. During the last day of your stay with us and until then we didn’t had the chance to talk to each other before, I was passing by the upper level of our beach area and you stopped me asking me whether I am the General Manager. I greeted you and asked you how I could help you. You then asked me whether I was happy with the green area on that level and I have replied back by saying that it is an area which is adjacent to beach and sea salt may affect the condition of the grass in some areas. I have concluded by saying that under the circumstances I am indeed happy! We greeted again each other and I’ve walked away. It seems that my reply wasn’t adequate for you and I do apologize if by any way I have made you feel unpleasant without knowing – that wasn’t my intention! Surely a person’s capabilities are not judged by a short discussion. Dear Mr. Wilhelm, although I cannot take away your disappointment and how you felt during your stay with us, I would be delighted to make your next stay with us extra special when and if you plan to return so please do not hesitate to contact me directly so I can take care of all necessary arrangements.
