I will review this with our culinary team to strengthen the selection and ensure a more consistent experience. Your feedback regarding beach service and how sun loungers are monitored and cleared is also noted. We have guidelines in place to support fair access for all guests, and I will review how this is managed with the recreation team to ensure it is applied more consistently and in a more guest friendly manner.
