We are glad that you choose our resort as your holiday destination as well as for the compliments regading our hotel facilities. We also want to express our most sincere apologies for any possible inconvenience you may have had staying here with us. We deeply regret that you were disturbed by insects but it is important to mention that our property was built up over mangroves and it is surrounded by lush vegetation where insect’s reproduction is easily also here at the Caribbean mosquitoes are very common. However, we have a rigorous insect’s extermination three times a week trying to avoid its reproduction and it is always important the use of repellents for more protection.
