Aus DeutschlandSind 4.15 Uhr wie geplant angekommen und mussten bis 12.00 Uhr zum Check In warten nach einer langen Reise ! Uns wurde eine Sitzecke für diese Zeit angeboten, ich würde aber gern duschen und schlafen , da ich schon über 20 Stunden unterwegs bin !

As you arrived early in the morning at 4:15 a.m., your room was unfortunately not immediately available, as it was still occupied the previous night. However, we did our best to accommodate you by offering a comfortable seating area while you waited, and we were pleased to arrange an earlier check-in at 12:00 noon, subject to availability, well ahead of the official check-in time. We fully understand how tiring a long journey of over 20 hours can be and truly regret any inconvenience caused. For future visits, we kindly recommend booking the room from the previous night or requesting an early check-in in advance, which would allow us to ensure immediate room access upon arrival.
