Aus DeutschlandFür uns gab es keine Erholung weder am Pool noch konnte man in Ruhe sein Essen genießen. Von der Hygiene ganz abgesehen. Kinder hatten am Büffet Ihre schmutzigen Hände an jeden Essen oder auf Besteck und Teller. Desinfektion der Hände bei personal nicht gesehen. Es würde von Gästen Obst durchprobiert andere sollten dann das Essen. Ein Kind biss in die Melone und hat die dann zurück geworfen. Das Zimmer wurde mit einem wischmopp geputzt ohne putzwasser und dann noch für die anderen Zimmer benutzt. Frage Hygiene Plan gibt es sowas?? Wäre sehr notwendig
