Es war nicht los im hotel, das zimmer war nicht sauber und das bad hat nach abfluss gestunken, nach 00:00 hat man nichts mehr bekommen nicht einmal zum trinken zum essen gabs kaum auswahl haben uns meistens von draussen zum essen geholt

Dear Burcu, We are sorry that you had such bad time in your homeland, Our advise is : If you give more details about location, service, room, gastronomy and facilities of the hotel, people will not easily understand the purpose of your comment. They will be manupulated and take the comment serious. We tried to help, organised boat trip, offered you the best room we had, but you were still unhappy and telling that you have been offered a hotel with a sea view. With the price you paid there exist no 5* hotel on the seashore, Sorry for the awful truth and the inconvinence you had, Your malevolent comments will not change the reality, we will keep on working hard and doing the best we can for our valuable guests.
