Dear Sylwia, Thank you for taking the time to share your review following your recent visit with us. While we are pleased that you decided to stay at the Euphoria Resort, we are sorry to learn that you were disappointed with the service you received during your stay. We our proud for the costumer service and genuine hospitality delivered to our guests which is highly praised among previous guests on social medias and platforms, however it saddens us that this time we did not reach your expectations. Kindly be informed that our indoor pool is suitable for children over 16 years old (as mentioned in the hotel's website) as it is situated inside the Harmonia Spa, an area of peace and tranquility. Moreover, here at Euphoria Resort we take each comment into serious consideration and therefore we would really appreciate if you could share more information regarding low rating regarding your dining experience and the sports/entertainment section.
