Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel hätte der Service, Cleaning, gastro und die Aufmerksamkeit der Service Kräfte definitiv besser sein müssen. Es ist noch sehr viel Luft nach oben. Check in war top, der towel Guy war der beste & aufmerksamste auf dem gesamten Gelände. Der Strand, welcher nur für Hotelgäste Elissa sein sollte, wurde sehr oft von anderen Gästen benutzt, so das man kein Sunbed bekam und adults only area wurde auch nicht nachgehalten. Das musste ich leider alleine machen. Alles im allen kann man machen.
