gutes preis-leistungsverhältnis, nette lage, frühstück in ordnung, WLAN funktioniert meist nur im pool-bereich.
dem preis entsprechend abgewohnt aber in ordnung für kurzen aufenthalt
das frühstück ist nicht sehr abwechslungsreich aber in ordnung, abendessen nahmen wir auswärts ein.
bei früheren Aufenthalten war das Personal immer freundlich, dieses mal grenzwertig. Wir wurden unbegründet beschuldigt, das wlan-kabel abgeschnitten zu haben und auch verbal dermaßen bedroht, sodass wir das Hotel sofort verließen, obwohl wir länger gebucht und bezahlt hatten. Zimmerwechsel wurde ohne Entschuldigung für die Umstände angeordnet. Bei Fragen oder Wünschen werden die Augen verdreht.

Dear Monika first of all I thank you because you left from our Hotel with your son in law very fast after cutting the WIFI cable...also please inform the travelers for all the truth ....and the truth is : 1) after the problems that you make with your son in law (drunk, lought etc etc) and I have been to the Police the officers they inform me when they see your son in law name the follow : this name has make the same problems and damages in Lentas Resort 5 days ago ... 2) I have contact with the other Hotelier in Lentas and he "search" for you to pay the damages in the room cables and the damage in Clima system in the room 3) be sure already your son in law name and your name, is really "popular" now in all Hoteliers in south Crete and you will see what I mean in your next visit to this side of the Island...for sure you cant find any more Hotel to accept your reservation. 4) People like you and your son in law iam afraid they go for holidays just to make "problems" to the other people and to countrys who they visit so ...we thank you but NO we don't need tourism like you and your son in law 5) if our Hotel is so bad why you have choose it for 5 times???...without your son in law of cource the last 4 times 6) I personally recommend you to take him (your son in law) in a good Doctor for brains problems.
