Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to write your review of our property. Your comments are very much valued. However, it is very disappointing to read reviews that are not directly a reflection of our hotel or its 5* service and quality. Emerald our main restaurant, serves a lavish American Buffet Breakfast, inclusive of local products (halva, yoghurt, rice pudding, etc.,) as well as Greek Mediterranean Buffet Cuisine for Dinner. We base our dinners on different themes, (Greek, Gala, Dodecanese, Mediterranean, Italian, Kos, and Chef’s Night) to provide our guests with variety. We are very surprised to hear that you were so disappointed after having dined only twice in our restaurant, and yet never raised the issue with any of our staff members. Also, 93% of the comments from customer questionnaires and review sites on the Internet, reflect customer satisfaction. It is expected that some guest may not be satisfied, but for most of these incidences, when brought to our attention, an amicable solution is ALWAYS found. For example, we have show cooking, in which our guests are able to choose choice of meal cooked to their liking or to prepare a special meal, without of course any additional charge. In our all sites, the location of our hotel is stated, inclusive of maps. Diamond Deluxe Hotel is located 3km from the town center. The local bus line runs every 30-40 minutes from the front of the hotel and within 10minutes, you will find yourself in the town center. Even though Diamond Deluxe Hotel is a 5* star establishment our pricing is fairly reasonable and within the boundaries of any 5* accommodation and venue in Kos.
