Essen , Trinken,Unterkunft und Sauberkeit war super. Aber eins muss ich sagen, es war alles nur auf englisch geschrieben und das Personal hat kein Wort deutsch gesprochen. Erholung war es nicht. Es waren fast 500 Kinder im Hotel.Ich habe nichts gegen Kinder, aber was dort los war, habe ich noch nicht erlebt.Im Speiseraum war eine Massenabfertigung.Am See konnten wir garnicht baden gehen.Solche grossen Steine waren gefährlich.

We appreciate your feedback and assure you that will take it into consideration, in order to ameliorate even more our services in the future. However, please allow us to offer you some explanation on the above-mentioned points. Please let us inform you that we do have a multilingual team. However, the main written communication cannot be done in all languages as this is not possible. Of course, many of our staff is always happy to discuss and explain anything needed on your language in person. We would also like to mention that the majority of our staff speaks two or three languages at the same time. Moreover, we can assure you that many of our employees speak fluently German, while every department has at least one employee who speaks German, in order for us to provide excellent services. The same applies to our Reception department, which agents communicate with our guests in English, German, French, Russian and Italian. As regards, your comment about the sea, please be kindly informed that the beach in front of Creta Maris consists mainly from sand (250m sandy & 100m peddles), while there is a smooth entrance to the water mainly in the left side of the beach, near Almyra restaurant.
