Große, wunderschön angelegte Hotelanlage. Wir waren dort Ende Juni und es war nirgends überfüllt. Entgegen einiger Bewertungen, gab es als wir dort waren jederzeit freie Liegen am Strand und auch an den Pools.
Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Zimmer mit Meerblick. Das Zimmer war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Normalerweise ist ein Check-In erst ab 15 Uhr möglich - wir kamen um ca. 12 Uhr an und konnten eine halbe Stunde später bereits in unser Zimmer. Mini-Bar war aufgefüllt und Wasser und Handtücher wurden täglich nachgefüllt.
Das Buffet im Hauptrestaurant war wirklich hervorragend. Jeden Tag gibt es eine große Auswahl und es ist immer für jeden etwas dabei. Auch hier ist das Personal immer sehr bemüht. Es ist alles sauber, sehr appetitlich angerichtet und wird ständig nachgefüllt. Außerdem ist das Servicepersonal immer sofort zur Stelle und man musste nie lange auf Getränke etc warten.
Ausnahmslos alle Mitarbeiter in diesem Hotel haben zu jeder Zeit ein Lächeln im Gesicht und man fühlt sich immer willkommen. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr bemüht bei Fragen oder Wünschen umgehen weiterzuhelfen. Alle Mitarbeiter sprechen sehr gut englisch, viele auch deutsch.
Das Hotel befindet sich in einer guten Lage. Direkt am wunderschönen Strand mit kristallklarem Wasser. Nur ca. 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Hafenstadt wo man eine große Auswahl an Bars und Restaurants findet. Auch viele Ausflüge kann man von dort buchen.

Wir haben nicht alles genutzt, aber es wird vom Hotel einiges geboten. Tennis, Yoga, Tischtennis, Aqua Gymnastik, Kinderclub, Live Musik uvm. Highlight ist natürlich der Wasserpark, nicht nur für die Kinder. Auch hier gab es zu jeder Zeit freie Liegen und es war nie überfüllt.
