However, please allow us to offer you some explanation on the above-mentioned points of your review. We would like to mention that, in the context of our renovation plans, all our rooms are now renovated. Continuing, please be kindly informed that Creta Maris has been included in the "Greek Breakfast" program, thus making it possible for the guests to experience the plentiful gastronomic wealth of Crete and to taste the Cretan breakfast, the unique Cretan products and delicacies that are an important part of the Mediterranean diet. In this context there are plenty of food choices for breakfast, while guests are always welcomed to request any particular dish of their preference from our F&B staff. Moreover, please allow us to note that Creta Maris Beach Resort is an All-Inclusive resort, which means that the food in all our restaurants is included and there is no additional price that has to be paid for dinner. Thus, we assume that you might had wanted to write a review for another hotel, and not Creta Maris Beach Resort. Furthermore, we would like to clarify that all the images presented on our website are real and have not been edited/corrupted. Regarding the sunbeds’ reservation, as Creta Maris Beach Resort is located in an area of 150,000 sq.m. and offers a 350m. beach and 6 different swimming pools with sunbeds and umbrellas, our guests can easily find a place to be accommodated. Moreover, our pool attendants are more than happy to assist our guests finding an available sunbed. Hope to have the chance to welcome you again in the near future and offer our best services!
