Wir waren zum ersten Mal in diesem Hotel und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Hotel bietet alles was man für einen schönen Urlaub braucht.
Unser Deluxe Doppelzimmer war geräumig mit einem sehr schönen Blick aufs Meer. Die Zimmerreinigung wurde teilweise nur oberflächlich durchgeführt. Die Betten waren sehr bequem so das wir gut schlafen konnten.
Das Essen war reichhaltig und für jeden etwas dabei. Leider herrscht, mitunter durch die Größe des Hotels bedingt, in dem Haupt-Restaurant eine extreme Lautstärke. Wer es lieber etwas ruhiger und persönlicher mag,besucht eins der Themenrestaurants. Zu empfehlen wäre das BBQ mit schönem Meerblick und das Italienische Restaurant.
Das Personal war nett und ging auf Wünsche ein. Am Abreisetag hätten wir uns an der Rezeption gewünscht, das man uns fragt ob alles zur Zufriedenheit gewesen ist. In jedem Hotel wird diese Nachfrage als Feedback genutzt um etwaige Mängel zu beheben. Eine gute Heimreise wurde auch nicht gewünscht.
Mit einem Leihwagen/Taxi ist das Hotel vom Flughafen in ca 40 min zu erreichen. Die großzügige Anlage ist direkt am Meer gelegen mit kurzer Entfernung zur Shopping Meile und Hafen. Es gibt mehrere Themenrestaurants. Vor allem das BBQ und das Italienisches Restaurant sind zu empfehlen. Wir hatten ein Deluxe Doppelzimmer mit Meerblick,mit kostenlosen Safe und eine Minibar die wöchentlich aufgefüllt wurde.Mineralwasser wurde täglich aufgefüllt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall noch mal wieder.

Die Animateure waren sehr freundlich und nicht aufdringlich. Das Animation und Sportangebot ist reichhaltig und wir denken das für jeden etwas dabei ist. Die Sonnenschirme am Strand sind so klein , das ein ständiges Umrücken für ein bisschen Schatten unumgänglich ist. Hier würde ich auf jeden Fall nachbessern.

We are sorry to read that you were disappointed with your room’s cleanliness, as we consider cleanliness one of the most important sectors of the stay and do our best to ensure that every room and area of the resort is perfectly clean. Thus, allow us to clarify that every single room in the resort is being cleaned once a day and is always checked after by housekeeping manager. We hope you have mentioned your dissatisfaction to our Guest Service desk, so we could inspect your room and act accordingly. Moreover, we would like to mention that our guests’ feedback is very important for us, as we consider it the best way to improve even more our services. Thus, we are surprised to read that during your check out process you were not asked about your stay. In any case we are thankful for this review and the comments written. Concerning our main restaurant “Cosmos”, please be kindly informed that as you have already stated, it is the biggest restaurant of the resort as it can accommodate simultaneously up to 700 guests. However, we also offer the option of dining in our second main restaurant “Estia”, which is quieter, or of outdoor dining in one of our thematic restaurants (Almyra for lunch and Cochlias, Pithos and Platia for dinner). Lastly, we would like to assure you that we will take into consideration your comment about the sunbeds and will do our best to improve their location and size in the future.
