Am Service und Angebot des Hotels gibt es wirklich nichts auszusetzen. Leider wird bei dem Service der Hotelkatzen gespart. Die Katzen haben zwar ein eigenes Häuschen aber das Futter und die Trinkschale wird nicht befüllt. Es sei den die Urlauber kümmern sich darum. Es ist echt schade und eine große Schande für so ein 5 Sterne Hotel.
