Schöne, gepflegte Anlage mit nettem Personal. Essen ist schlecht bis mittelmäßig, außer im Themen Restaurant Cochlias. Animation ist zu laut. Egal ob tagsüber Wassergymnastig oder Fitness oder Abends Minidisco oder die Shows. Wenn man mit Baby/kleinem Kind nicht den ganzen Tag im Hotel oder dem Ort verbringen möchte, sollte man sich einen Mietwagen nehmen. Es werden keine Ausflüge angeboten, die man mit Kleinkind ohne Probleme machen kann und die Busverbindung ist eher mäßig.
Wir wollten ein anderes Zimmer, weil das ursprüngliche direkt über der Showbühne war und für unser Kind an Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Dies wurde sofort und ohne Probleme geändert.
