Das Hotel liegt direkt am Strand. Man kann sich der Lautstärke die sich beim Abendessen im Hauptrestaurant bildet ganz gut entgehen, wenn man eines der vier Themenrestaurants bucht. Man muß dies am Tag vorher bis 9 Uhr an der Rezeption buchen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist das italienische und BbQ. Der Meereszugang am Strand ist ganz links vom Hotel gesehen am besten. Keine Steine nur Sand. Strandliegen waren ausreichend zur Verfügung.
Unser Zimmer war mit Teppichboden ausgelegt. Hat uns nicht so entsprochen. Das Bad war dafür sehr geräumig und mit einem Doppelwaschtisch versehen. Die Betten waren super. Safe im Zimmer war kostenlos. Wurde auch immer tadellos geputzt.
Die Speisen waren vielfältig und es wurde immer nach gefüllt. Es schmeckte prima. Die Cocktails waren lecker und schön hergerichtet.
Wir waren 2 Ehepaare und wollten unsere Zimmer nicht so weit entfernt voneinander haben. Diesen Wunsch sendeten wir vorab per e-Mail an das Hotel. Bei der Ankunft sagten wir nochmals unseren Wunsch. Aber leider wurde dies nicht in unserem Sinne ausgeführt. Das eine Ehepaar hatte ihr Zimmer in der Nähe des Haupthotels und das andere Ehepaar fast das entfernteste in der Anlage. D.h. am Ende der Anlage. Ansonsten waren alle Beschäftigten vom Hotel sehr bemüht und freundlich uns einen angenehmen Urlaub zu verschaffen.
Direkte Strandlage. Die Shoppingmeile ca. 5 Minuten vom Hotel entfernt.

As you did not mention your room number or other personal information, we can only assume that you stayed in a Classic room, which means that it offers carpet as flooring, it is not renovated and located in the upper part of the resort, in Terra Building and Bungalows Area. Moreover, please allow us to explain that the reason why we could not accommodate you and the other couple next to each other, is because apparently you reserved two different room types, a Classic Room and a Deluxe Room. The Deluxe rooms are only located in the lower part of the resort, in Maris Main Building and Bungalows area. We will be happy to accommodate you and the other couple once again in the near future and offer the same type of room during the reservation process, so you could be next to each other.
