Wunderschön gelegenes Hotel direkt am Meer. Viele Pools, Liegen war das große Problem!!! Morgens ab 7:00 Uhr alles schon besetzt! Das wurde von uns beanstandet. Am nächsten Tag wurde des öfteren durchsagen gemacht keine Liegen zu reservieren, etwas hat es geholfen. Zimmer und Anlage alles sauber. Leute alle freundlich und hilfsbereit, bis auf die Strandpoolbar! Hektisch, genervt, fünf Bestellungen gleichzeitig aufgenommen und anschließen irgendwo abgestellt, bei einen 5 Sterne Hotel nicht angebracht. ansonsten kann man die Ferienanlage weiter empfehlen.

Service gut, ohne Poolbar wäre sogar sehr gut gewesen.

Regarding the difficulty, you had finding an available sunbed, please allow us to clarify that some areas of our resort, like our main swimming pool, accommodate the majority of our guests. However, as Creta Maris Beach Resort offers 6 different swimming pools with sunbeds and umbrellas, our guests can easily find a place to be accommodated in a quieter area. Moreover, our pool attendants are more than happy to assist our guests finding an available sunbed. We hope to have the chance to accommodate you again in the near future and offer our best services!
