Dear Guest, Thank you for your feedback regarding your stay at Creta Maris Beach Resort. We appreciate your comments and promise to take them into consideration. However, please allow us to offer you some explanations regarding the aforementioned points of your review. We are sorry to read that you were not satisfied with the provided room. As you did not mention any personal or reservation information, we can assume that you reserved and were accommodated in a Classic sea view room, which according to our room description is located at the upper side of the resort, at the Terra Building. Please allow us to clarify that at this part of the resort are located 3 of our 6 restaurants, our main restaurant Estia and two of our thematic restaurants (Pithos & Platia). Moreover, please be kindly informed that in case the guests want to be accommodated at the lower part of the resort they have to book a Deluxe type of room. Furthermore, we would like to point out that in order to meet the needs of all our guests, we have created a family area in Cosmos restaurant, while following the feedback of our guests we are considering creating more areas for adults in the future. As concerns the music we would like to mention that the music volume all over the resort’s bars is relatively low, while the shows that are carried out in our open-air theatre Antigoni end at 23:00, so to not disturb our guests, who wish to sleep. Hope to have the chance to accommodate you again in the future and offer an ameliorated holiday. Best Regards, Faye Papaioannou
