Dear Guest, Thank you for your review regarding the holidays’ experience you had at Creta Maris Beach Resort. We appreciate your feedback and consider it the most important part of our constructive communication. Thus, we can assure you that we will take into consideration your comments in order to ameliorate our services even more in the future! However, please allow us to offer you some explanation on the aforementioned points of your review. As regards your dissatisfaction with the provided service, allow us to mention our surprise, as the big majority of the feedback we receive concerning this area is positive. Moreover, we can assure you that our staff does not ignore our guests, and the services our whole team provides are one of the main reasons our guests choose to come back to Creta Maris, according to the results of our questionnaires. We hope you had contacted our Guest Service desk, for us to act accordingly. Still, we are thankful for this feedback and will do our best to avoid such incidents in the future. Concerning our main restaurant “Cosmos”, please be kindly informed that it is the biggest restaurant of the resort as it can accommodate simultaneously up to 700 guests. However, we also offer the option of dining in our second main restaurant “Estia”, which is quieter, or of outdoor dining in one of our thematic restaurants (Almyra for lunch and Cochlias, Pithos and Platia for dinner). Continuing, as it concerns the water, Creta Maris has established its own water production system within the hotel facilities, which means we offer high quality filtered water and all guests can refill their bottles or drink directly from the tub of their room. With this action, our resort aims to provide the best water quality to its guest and contributes to environmental protection. Of course, in case a guest prefers to consume only bottled water we are more than welcome to offer it with an extra charge. Regarding the offered cocktails, we would like to point out that we offer the best local and international well-known alcoholic drinks, while the cocktails’ ingredients, like sugar syrup, are being used according to the cocktails’ recipes. Lastly, as it concerns the entertainment, please let us inform you that there is a full program offered by our animation team including sports games, team games, table games, etc. without any charge.
